Error with spawn

Dear Experts,
My model (attached) runs and finishes okay after I cleaned some errors in my geometry. However, it shows “finished with error” when I run it with the spawn setting and doesn’t pop up any error information for me. What should I do? Thank you for your support in advance.

Thanks a lot. These are the errors that were hard for me to locate because all four windows did not show errors. What should I do to find it by myself?

Dear Experts,

What could be the error messages, RC=2 and RC=137 about? Also, how can I see some hidden errors when flair shows no error in my model as in the attached screenshot?
