Extracting the mean excitation energy (I value) of each element

Dear FLUKA experts,

I’d like to know the mean excitation energy (I value) of each element used in FLUKA simulations.
These values are used to calculate the mean excitation energy of compounds, for example, the mean excitation energy of water, some references use 69.2 eV, while some use 75 eV. Because they use different I values for H and O.
What are the I values used in FLUKA for all the elements? Is it possible to extract them?

They are written in the output file for each material employed in your geometry, e.g.:

 *****   dp/dx : material number 263 "WATER   "    *****

   ***** Average excitation energy : 7.5000E+01 eV, weighted Z/A : 5.5508E-01                *****
