Dear Experts,
I am irradiating a thin target with X-rays (spectral distribution). At the exit point I want to score fluence of primary (Incident energy which does not interact inside the target) and scatter photons.
Is it possible in FLUKA? Kindly advise me in this regard.

You could use a USRBDX scoring to obtain the spectra on the exit surface.
You could score both PHOTON (to get all the outgoing photons) and BEAMPART (to get only those who didn’t interact within the target) and make the difference between the two histograms to obtain the spectrum of the particles coming from an interaction inside the target.
