I believe that the problem is due to the fact that you set absorption and diffusion coefficients to zero. Therefore, the photons are constantly reflected without losing energy and therefore your simulation goes on forever.

For the question,the software’s default value of absorption and diffusion coefficients is zero,and I changed the value not to zero,the error is still exist,so I think there may be some other problems.
which values did you set?

Thank you for your reply and sorry for my late.I have tried something and give “LiFZnS” “POLYSTYR” “PMMA” with refraction and absorption value,it works now.
