Some colleagues have observed issue with Sonoma after the recent update of the CLT and MacPorts.

I will investigate this further. In the meantime, I can only suggest considering an update to Sequoia.

Hello @sunil, Some colleagues had a similar problem. Unfortunately, we don’t know the reason for this problem, and I was not able to reproduce it. For them, the solution was to update to Sequoia and follow the instructions in this post. Giving a second look at your initial post, I notice that there is an error in the output of the command pkgutil --pkg-info=com.apple.pkg.CLTools_Executables.
