After installation of the new version 4.1.0, rfluka not found when I try to run an example. I am using the tar version on ubuntu. I even try to use the which rfluka and not found.

it seems you forgot to add or update the directory of FLUKA to your PATH environment variable.
After changing the PATH, you will need to close and reopen the terminal, for the change to take effect.
