Dear FLUKA and FLAIR experts,
I want to run a simulation where I have a thin layer of 10^(-5) meters of silicon touching a thick layer of tungsten.
I’m having trouble when I try to do very very thin scoring. Is there a way to circumvent this problem? or I just have to accept this limitation?
Could you point me some extra considerations that I should have in mind at the moment of performing the simulation?
