Thanks for your message. As a first guess I would say that you are trying to plot an empty file (try to check if that’s the case). However, to give you a better answer, please attach the flair file of you project.

According to your suggestion, I checked my flair program and the output files and found that the error was caused by not using the DCYSCORE card when using the isotope particle source.
