the error points that there was a region defined in the header of the voxel, but there was no corresponding region in the voxel data.
It seems that it is a cropped region and not the entire CT.
Could you try with th entire CT without cropping?
it would be nice if it is possible that you provide us with the voxel and/or dicom that produce, so we can debug it.

Here generate some more problems about DICOM module:
- What’s the steps to get Planned dose and show in RTViewer?
- click RTSTRUCT and ROI there are nothing can do.
(this figure we use old flair version 2.3-0)
3.It seems the lateset version flair 3.0-6 has some problem in displaying the image, nothing in Slice and RTViewer for a lot cases.
4. The most important, Do you have a guide of DICOM module for user?
By the way, the forum can not upload dicom files so I try to send you by email. But your email seems full.

We are currently testing and upgrading the DICOM modules.
We shall have it ready within the end of February, with the mentioned features mentioned above.

VOXEL can be generated but can not display in Geometry.

thank you for the bug report. We are currently working on that and in the next days we will have the corrected version of flair and fluka that will address all that.
