The residual nucleus is still the target nucleus in the material?

A simulation was built to exam the isotopes produced in the simulation using fluka 4.3.2,
in the result, the recoil nucleus is still as the target nucleus (197Au),
but:

This is because you did not ask for the point-wise treatment (by an empty LOW-PWXS card).
With the old group-wise treatment, which presently is still the default, the recoil (apart from few exceptions) is not generated/transported, but just scored, and the note you highlighted does not apply.
