You cannot use rfluka to “execute multiple spawns”. Each spawn has its own rfluka command as it is explained here: Multithreading mode
If you want to run multiple jobs in parallel, from command line, you can search in the forum for “multithreading” and “rfluka” and will find a few useful discussion on the topic.
