401- Unauthorized

Dear FLUKA experts:

I am a FLUKA new installer, and after I registered my account, filled in the form(as mentioned in the registration guide), joined the e-group, reset the password of my account, it is still not possible for me to download the FLUKA binary library. And it reports as 401 error-unauthorized.

I would be thankful if anyone could help me with the problem.

Dear Xue,

Your registration has been approved. Please note that it can still take up to one day until the user database is synchronized and you can download FLUKA.

Please let me know if it still doesn’t work tomorrow,
