how can I set on FLAIR a specific activity for a source.

Dear @andrea.apollon,

Unless we’re talking about radiation due to induced activation (in which case then we’d need to define cooling times, etc), the results given by Fluka are always given per unit primary weight. I would say that in your case this mean per single decay. Therefore, to get the actual result, you would need to multiply the results for the activity of your source.
