I’m simulating different situations on the decay of a cylindrical source of iodine that have the same activity inside. I have a doubt so, by increasing the volume of the source, I have to make some corrections to ensure that the activity of Iodine is the same when measuring the dose with USRBIN?

Suppose you are using the RADDECAY card’s Semi-Analogue mode to simulate the decay of the iodine nuclide. In that case, the FLUKA results will be normalized to a single decay regardless of the size of the cylindrical source.
