Basic project - Finished with errors

hello fluka experts, am a very new user when I load any basic project without changing anything in the input file and go running a red message appears with me ( finished with errors ) after five seconds

Hello, could you check what messages you get in the output/log/error files? These you can check in the Run tab and selecting the “Files” output files inspection page.

Have you simply loaded the “basic” FLUKA input file or it is another input file? If yes please share it so we can have a look.

am post my problem before that but no one answers me
can anyone help me?
I new user of fluka code I used the code in the treatment planning system
in the trying stage, I loaded the basic project without changing anything in the input file
but a red message appears with me ( finished with errors ) after five seconds

Dear @walaa.khalil88,

if you open the .out file you would see the following error message:

Error: Incompatible gfortran version!
   System gfortran version: 7
   FLUKA package version:   9

You need to install the FLUKA version which is compatible with your system. For more information see: Installation how-to | The official CERN FLUKA website

can you help me to solve this error.
my system is windows 10
I understand from your answer that I must install fluka package version 7 to be compatible with my system.
but I don’t know-how

Are you using WSL?
Did you install fluka starting from the .deb package or from the .tgz file?
Alternatively to installing another fluka version, you can install gfortran 9.
