I am running a FLUKA simulation to calculate PKA (Primary Knock-on Atoms), nuclear reaction channels, and gas production using the attached input files and FLAIR interface. After the simulation completed, I obtained several output files, but I need clarification on the following points:

  1. Nuclear Reaction Channel Data Location
    I see .log and .log files generated, but I am unsure which file contains the exact nuclear reaction channel data. Could you please confirm which output file(s) contain the detailed nuclear reaction channel information, and if there is a specific flag or card I need to activate to ensure this data is properly written?

  2. Empty pka.dat File
    The pka.dat file is generated but remains empty (0 bytes). Is this expected, or does this indicate a problem with my setup? Are there specific settings (e.g., USRYIELD, USERDUMP, or EVENTDAT) that must be configured correctly to populate this file?

  3. Gas Production Data Verification
    I also have a file that appears to contain gas production data, but I am not entirely sure if this is the correct and complete dataset for gas production. Could you confirm which FLUKA output file is the definitive source for gas production results, and whether any additional processing or scoring is required?

I have attached the .inp, .flair, and relevant output files for your review. Any guidance on correctly extracting and interpreting these quantities would be greatly appreciated.

You are using a custom implementation of the mgdraw user routine, apparently written by some AI engine. Therefore, it’s not surprising that it may not properly work. Nonetheless, fixing AI mistakes is outside the scope of this forum. As an example, your pka_spectrum.dat contains no data because they are written by an invented entry (ENDRAW_FINALIZE) that obviously is never called since it does not exist in FLUKA.
