When my “usrrnc.f” is executed following the build process, it will generate the following error:

Subsequently, I turned to using Resnuclei to collect the isotopes produced by moun, but the output file does not specify A and Z for each particle.

The error message suggests that you are still using an executable (likely the default fluka one) which was not linked with RQMD. You can check this in the .out file.
Furthermore, I found a few issues with your simulation:
The geoviewer shows an error with your geometry.
The attached user routines seem to be the default ones without any modification.
You don’t need the RADDECAY and DCYSCORE cards to score isotope yield with a non ISOTOPE source.
