Dear FLUKA experts,
I found this post when I want to draw contours for my USBIN, but it seems to appear a little different.
When I followed the steps in the post, a warning message popped up .
the plotting functionality that you are using uses gnuplot in the background. AFAIK, you might need to create a 2D projection in gnuplot to allow for contouring, which requires the command
“set view map # 2D projection”.
However, I am not a gnuplot expert and in my experience it often depends a lot on the gp version that is installed on your system. Thus, you might need to play around a bit & solicit the help of your favorite search engine and the gp manual pages.
Yet, we have taken note regarding the need of this feature and in the next FLAIR release geoviewer will provide contour plotting natively in 2D and 3D.
Thank you very much for your suggestion. I will continue consulting the GN manual or explore other plotting software for contour plotting. Additionally, I am really looking forward to the new version of FLAIR.
