Data discrepancies, how to resolve them?

Dear FLUKA Expert,
I conducted a straightforward simulation experiment involving electrons striking an iron target. I utilized the rescard to set the cooling time to 0 seconds and subsequently generated the tab.lis file at this duration, referred to as tab1.After obtaining this file, I removed the cooldown associated with the card, re-ran the simulation, and produced a new tab.lis file designated as tab2. Following that, I employed the command usrsuwev.f to reset the cooling time back to 0 seconds and obtained a res.lis file. It is important to note that all parameters—including irradiation time, beam intensity, cooling time—are identical for both tab1 and Res files; however, their results differ significantly. As illustrated in the figure below, could you please clarify whether this discrepancy is expected and if both outputs meet standard requirements?
I have extracted data from both the res.lis file and tab1 for comparison purposes; as depicted in the figure below, data on the left corresponds to the res.lis file while data on the right pertains to tab1.

Dear Guanzhou Ding,

many thanks for reaching out.

From the screenshot you provided I cannot see massive discrepancies between the results, which I suppose be from different runs, hence different statistics. Within the provided uncertainties the results seem consistent to me.

Kind regards,

Markus

Thank you for your reply,I understand.
