Is there any notes for me to learn for simulating Nuclear Medicine modalities such SPECT-CT or PET-CT. I tried to create but how can i define the LSO and BGO in material. It seems keep showing the error in geometry part as no material LSO or BGO in material.

To learn how to define material in Fluka, have a look at the material lecture from the last course.
Open Flair ----> go to top right drop-down—> Materials----> In Search tab put LSO or BGO—> Enter–> Select the material----> Click on “to input”. The material will be added to your input file.
