How can I generate the deuteron cross section that fluka is using for particular binary nuclear reaction?
It is essentially for comparing it with another code.

For specific deuteron-induced reaction channels, FLUKA does not use predefined cross sections, rather obtains them runtime by its deuteron reaction model.
In order to generate them, you may consider to follow a procedure earlier illustrated. This has to be properly adapted: there we were looking at photon-induced reactions in oxygen (no need for PHOTONUC now, and input and mgdraw references to photons [PHOTON, JTRACK.EQ.7] should now be changed to deuterons [DEUTERON, JTRACK.EQ.-3]).
