Could you please verify all sequence items in the ROI Contour Sequence have a corresponding Contour Sequence sequence.

It seems that 27th item does not have a corresponding Contour Sequence. An error message is issued when the relevant ROI is checked in the Dicom slices viewer.
Could you please suggest a solution to this problem?

Could you try to replace the Dicom.py file with the attached

and try if it works?

I would suggest to make a manual installation in a dedicated sub directiory starting from the “.tgz” file
Look the flair download page for more information.
Once you have the installation working, copy the new Dicom.py over the old one
and test

I have already installed flair 3.1-15.1 according to the instructions given in the flair download page:
I deleted the old Dicom.py from flair directory and then copied the new Dicom.py. But the problem still exists.
