We bombard a layer of tungsten with electrons the electrons arrive with an inclined energy of 150 keV which will give an X-ray spectrum and we will calculate the fluence at the level of the tungsten along the horizontal axis (z) and along the inclined axis tungsten the Dose with USRBIN-Dose

You need to select 1D projection in the plot tab.
