Energy deposition caused by gamma radiation

Dear FLUKA experts,
in my simulation there is a proton beam(MeV) impinging Ta target, a water channel is behind the target, and there is an aluminum backwall after that. Here is the sketch
model.
I want to get
–the spatial distribution of energy deposition caused by gamma radiation in the aluminum backwall

  • the spatial distribution of energy deposition caused by by the neutrons in the aluminum backwall

could you please tell me how to get these information?
Thanks in advance.

Best regards,

Qi

Dear @qding,

What you are looking for is the USRBIN card, associating to it the AUXSCORE card to filter the desired particle.

Dear André,

Thanks a lot for your nice response. I’ve read documents and posts which you advised to me. Except the energy deposition caused by neutrons, I also want to calculate energy deposition by gamma radiation. But I can not find a proper particle type for gamma in flair, which one should I choose for gamma? I set the scoring card as follows: can you help me check if the set is correct? Thanks in advance.

Best regards,

Qi

gamma rays are photons

Dear amario,

Thanks a lot.
