Dear experts,
We would like to investigate energy deposition in a material layer a few microns thick. Is this something Fluka can handle? Should we use the STEPSIZE feature? No magnetic field will be involved. Any advice/recommendations to maximise accuracy would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Ian, sorry for the late reaction.
I would rather recommend the use of MULSOPT, to activate single scattering (with SDUM=GLOBAL).
