Enormous big value of error

Hi this is file for residual nuclei obtained from Cu63 which irradiated by neutron beam. For example for Cu64 there are value of nuclei / cmc / pr equals to 4.91E-06 +/-99.0 %. Is that mean that error equal to 99% ? If yes, why it has such big value ?

Did you run multiple cycles or multiple parallel jobs?
