[ERROR] Couldn't add GPG key for Flair repository

I am trying to install FLUKA on Windows11, following the introduction

Installing FLUKA.CERN and Flair on Windows using WSL | The official CERN FLUKA website

While acting the step3.1, there is the error as the topic title, which seems there is the same problem as link:

Windows 10 Ubuntu Error: Couldn’t add GPG key for Flair repository - Installation - FLUKA User Forum

I tried the two methods inside the link above, but still didn’t work, the error out file as attached.

Could anybody give me some suggestions?

sorry for the delayed reply.

The log you provided indicate a connection issue to the cern.ch domain. If the problem is persistent, please check if it is not blocked by a firewall.
