Description

Dear FLUKA experts,

I am using the “loop over variable” option to loop from 1 to 2000, where each run samples from a different starting position matrix. For each run I do 5 cycles.
When I try to process the files, I noticed that for the variables 1 and 2 the Flair identifies more files from other runs, as can be seen from the screenshot below.
As of now, the solution I found was to skip the variables 1 and 2, but is there another option?

Did you clean the previous run before running?
Despite you started only 5 cycles it seems in the directory there are more cycles maybe from a past run?
Flair will display all files matching the file name + cycle pattern but for all cycles that it will find the directory
