Flair installation problem with deb file and flair repository

Dear expert,
I am sorry to disturb you. When I update my flair through the .deb file or flair repository, I met problem as the picture described: the .deb file can not be downloaded and the repository can not be visited. I tried many times, and can not solve the problem.
Installation with the source file also met probem. Could you help me with the installation problem? Thank you!
