I’m comparing dose distributions between FLUKA simulation and a clinical RTDOSE DICOM file.
Although I’m adding MLCs dimensions the FLUKA-calculated dose appears the same after and before adding MLCs. flair override MLCs why?
Could you please also share the voxel file and the two input files that (I assume) contain the SPOTBEAM and SPOTPOS cards, and which you currently include via #include statements?
At the moment, I can only base my feedback on the files you’ve provided, and I’m unable to run the case without these additional inputs. From what I can see, the variables rtplan_weight1 and rtplan_weight2 are defined as the string NAN, and the BEAM card is empty (defaulting to protons). However, you may have these parameters are properly defined within the SPOTBEAM cards.
