How to generate partially stripped ion beams?

I want to generate partially stripped ion beams. It seems this is not possible using the hi prope card. Should I use a user-defined source routine for this purpose?

As of version 4-5.2, transport of partially stripped ions is indeed not possible with FLUKA, not even with user routines.
