Dear Mohammed,

you can define the material of the brain cancer like any other material using the MATERIAL and COMPOUND cards. See slides 7 and 8 of https://indico.cern.ch/event/1123370/contributions/4715951/attachments/2445260/4189933/06_Materials_2022_ULB.pdf

For the composition of this material, you need to search the appropriate literature.
