How to include bio-kinetic model of an source used for therapy in nuclear medicine

Dear Experts,
In the simulation of nuclear medicine, suppose a source is uptake by few organs. Now, I want to calculate what is the cumulative absorbed dose over a period of time in other organs for these source.

Now, the absorbed source will be decayed as per the combined effect of physical and biological half-life. How to include these decay factors as a function of time in the FLUKA simulation.

Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Unfortunately, Fluka cannot deal with the biological half-life. You need a dedicated tool for that but I’m not able to indicate any, sorry.
