How to score Triton production in a region?

Dear FLUKA experts,
I am working on a simulation of a compound containing Li6, and the source is low-energy neutrons. I want to get the yield of triton in the region. I added physics card with EVAPORAT, used pointwise for low energy neutrons, and scored triton with USRTRACK card. The results are three orders of magnitude different from those in the literature. After searching the user forum, I found this: Calculate response with USRTRACK and RESNUCLEi, and tried. But the output is zero. Can anyone give me some advice? Thanks a lot.

Hi,

Thank you for your question.
It would be much easier to give you specific advice if you can provide the FLUKA file that you are using for your simulation.

Cheers,
Jerzy

Hi,
This is my input file.
That literature uses MCNP software and gets triton production by multiplying neutron flux in the region * 205 reaction number (total triton production) in the ENDF database * atomic density of the material containing Li * the volume. And I seemed to be scoring the track length of triton. Is it possible to transform or score the triton production with other cards?

Sorry, I made a mistake when uploading. Please change the suffix of txt to inp.

Hi @wyw10028 ,

I just want to let you know that I did not forget about your question! I will be able to come back to it this Thursday.

Cheers,
Jerzy

Hello Jerzy, I have solved this problem. I searched the forum, and used RESNUCLE card. Finally I got the yield of triton. Thank you very much for your attention.

Ok, that’s great! Would you mind describing briefly the solution so that other forum user can potentially benefit from it in the future?

Actually I just use the RESNUCLE card setting A and M to get residual nuclei. It is very simple!
