My OS is Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS. I updated the fluka and flair (and geoviewer 24.04 .deb files).
I’m getting this error. Kindly help in resolving this issue.

Have you installed all the required packages as indicated on the flair webpage and have you tried installing the library version your system is looking for?

It mostly happens when flair is run under Anaconda environment which installs it’s own library (check error message) and creates a conflict. In the terminal, sometimes Anaconda is set by default. This problem can be solved by running flair outside Anaconda environment.
I’ve disabled Conda and was able to run some tests successfully. Thank you for your support!
