As a side note, before answering, notice that what flair is doing is calling the same program automatically for you. If you press on the bottom right corner, you can see the command executed:
In your case, you need to compile the program, and call the executable. Then, via terminal, you just run the executable. It will ask you to provide the usrbin results as inputs and the name of the processed output.
