You can find the new patch bug version 3.0-3 on the download site of flair
Note that for Ubuntu we are providing two versions of the geoviewer one for latest LTS 18.04 and one for the latest 19.10
For Ubuntu users the dedicated repo is operational, and it is more convenient to use this method so you can stay up-to-date with the new releases.
