OPT-PROD with Two or three different decay times

Dear Experts
Greetings! I am trying to simulate optical photon production in PbWO4 due to a burst of nanosecond gamma rays. Various articles show that the decay time of scintillation in PbWO4 is usually a sum of 2-3 exponential decays. Is it possible to define multiple scintillation decay times in FLUKA? I tried using the ‘time’ in OPT-PROD but that takes a single value. If I average the various decay times of PbWO4 and enter that in the ‘time’ portion of OPT-PROD, I think I may miss some features. So, Is there a way to enter multiple scintillation decay times in fluka?

dear all
I managed to do it by using 3 OPT-PROD card, as shown in the fig

The optical photons are showing the expected timing behavior. Is this the correct way?

Dear Saurabh Mukherjee,

I confirm this is the only way to achieve this. You can combine this way up to a maximum of 3 OPT-PROD card. If you wish to investigate a more detailed source of optical photon you would need to use a source routine using optical photons as primary particle. Obviously, this way you would not be able to score the actual dose deposition by the true primaries.

Thank you very much!
