Hi,
I’m using Flair 3.4.5, I attach my input – I’d like to expand if possible the Tb_Air region …how to best do this?
Best wishes,

(By expand I mean put this in multiple zones… when I try this, errors usually ensue)
Dear Marco,
Tb_Air is a quite complicated region, because – like Tb1 – it is created purely from planes. If you want to divide it into multiple zones, your best bet is to simplify your geometry in the first place.
I have a hard time understanding, why you chose to construct your geometry with an angle to the x- and z-axis, but if you really want to keep it that way, you can still construct your bodies (or just some of them) parallel to the axes (using bodies like RPP and YCC and then rotating them into place using ROT-DEFINI cards and a transformation.
If this is not an option, you can try creating BOXes overlapping with the zones you want to divide Tb_Air into. Then you can have the intersection, e.g. Tb_Air1 = box1 + (everything in Tb_Air).
Best regards
Roman
Hi Roman, I have managed to define the air region by clicking on the optimise button – somehow this has worked
Thanks anyways for the tips
Best wishes, Marco
