A little confused about the WHAT(1) for the PHOTONUC (also with SDUM = ELECTNUC) card.
Is setting WHAT(1) = 1 equivalent to setting WHAT(1) to 1111 (so enabling high-energy, delta, quasi-deutron, GDR)
