Problem on download the setup_wsl.sh script when installing FLUKA on Windows10

Dear FLUKA experts,
A problem occurred when i am trying to install FLUKA on windows10 WSL. When i started to save the link setup_wsl.sh script, it is printed that download is failure because of network. But, i checked. Network is good. I click the button"here", it occurred that connection is refused.
Please help me. Thank you very much.
