Dear fluka experts,
I have been trying to simulate a ridge filter using planes for the bar geometry. The simulation works if I use a few bars but if I increase the number to more than 5 it just doesn’t run and says Finished with ERRORS.
Could someone be so kind to tell me what I am doing wrong?

As good practice, it would be more useful to add also your input files to be able to replicate your simulation.
Nevertheless, from the screenshot you attached, the issue could be due to usage of (multiple) parenthesis in the geometry definition. See Slide 26 from the Geometry lesson of online available FLUKA course materials.
You could try to expand the parenthesis terms.
