Problem with voxel

when i use the voxel card,it finished with wrong.The output shows:
Abort called from VXLINP reason UNABLE TO OPEN VOXEL FILE Run stopped!
STOP UNABLE TO OPEN VOXEL FILE
I don’t know how to work it out.Can anyone helps me?

And it sometimes sends this message:

STOP NO NR_TH VOXEL FOUND

Hi @ye.jiaquan
the problem is that in the original dicom there is a hounsfield unit that doesn’t have any voxel associated. Flair despite this unit is not referred anywhere it creates the VOXEL042 which is empty.
I am looking to find which is the best approach to solve the issue, either from the side of flair or fluka.

could you re-create the voxel file with the latest flair version 3.1-5 which should be more robust in constructing the voxel file.
