Questions about the yield of particles

Dear FLUKA experts,
I have some problems with the statistics of secondary particles. For example, I want to count the energy flux distribution of secondary neutrons produced in a body. How do I do that?
I am going to use USRYIELD, but this card has two options: one is “EMERGING” and the other is “Reg” and “to Reg”. For “EMERGING” it seems to count the yield of particles from inelastic hadronic interactions. And “Reg to Reg” is the flux at the interface, similar to “USRBDX”. Therefore, it is not possible to count the secondary neutrons in a body.
Thank you very much for your help and answer! Looking forward to your reply. Wish you the best of luck in everything.
Very thankful!!!

Dear @linjunze,

Please note that both the USRYIELD and USRBDX cards are used to score at boundaries between two regions, and not within a region. The USRBIN card would score all the neutrons within a region, not just “secondary” ones.

I suggest the usage of a userroutine, namely mgdraw (usdraw) to record the neutron generation location/region.

Do not hesitate if you have further questions.

Best,
Daniel

Dear @dprelipc Daniel,
Thank you very much for your reply. Your solution has given me a new direction. I will give it a try. Thank you very much.
