I want to get the recoil spectra associated with nuclear stopping of charged particles. I can get the neutron interaction recoil spectra using mgdraw.f subroutine but how do I go about calculating the contribution from nuclear stopping of charged particles.
Please upload all relevant files. (FLUKA input file, Flair project file, user routines, and data files)
For this would it be better to look at NIEL-restricted for different values of threshold displacement energy, Ed ?

for the moment, extracting the recoil spectrum is not possible. Even when turning on single Coulomb scattering, there is no way of getting this informations for the recoils.
You correctly point out to the possibility of using NIEL to study the displacement of nuclei. FLUKA indeed provides dedicated scoring for NIEL (which you can score with 7.22.89. USRBIN — FLUKA Manual), but not recoil spectra from which NIEL is built.
