For 1 GeV proton beam on some target. How can i plot fluence at two different times let’s say 10ns and 10ms?

There is no simple way to do it. The only way would require the use of user routines. Therefore, I strongly advise you to first go through the material of the beginners’ Fluka course and the that of the advanced Fluka course in order to obtain a grasp on how predefined estimators and user routines work.
