I Simulated the HPGe detector with repeated geometry by using lattice structure. but when i enabled the lattice card the lattice structure detector material will disappear. I used scoring detect card but when i run the file and i got result for one detector not for both.

Dear Ram,
based on the input file, it seems that you misunderstood how the lattices work in FLUKA.
You don’t need to duplicate every body / region, you only need one prototype geometry and another empty region with a lattice transformation pointing to it.
