I want to see the RTdose image knowing that i already transformed my Dicom image to voxel and irradiated it…Especially I don’t know what should I do in the RTSTRUCT area and what is its exactly meaning ?

RTSTRUCT in dicom contains the Regions Of Interest (ROI), like organs, PTV, CTV, OAR etc…
If you want to calculate the Dose Volume Histogram (DVH) on specific ROIs you need the RTSTRUCT file, so as flair could filter the dose our of the simulation to the specific organs…
