Run simulation from a seperate partition then root

Dear FLUKA experts,
I installed a new hard-disk and want to run simulations on both hard disks (the new and old),
because my simulations use a lot of disk space.
How can I configure FLUKA for that?
I use Ubuntu 18.04 and plan to upgrade to 20.04 later.

It should work out of the box. Just go to the directory where you want to have your simulations, have there your input, and run Fluka there.
