Source visualization using usrbin

Dear experts,

In this dummy input, I want to visualize the source positions sampled from the text file using the USRBIN scoring. I turned off the EMF, so that the total photon energy will be locally deposited from where they started. However, the scoring result showed 0 value, thus unable to see the positions.

It seems that although the text file is read by the code, but photon are not transported.

Also, for weight, if I use activity instead of normalised activity (4th and 5th column), will it work too?

Dear experts,

I am sorry for the inconvenience. i found the mistake related to the position (m to cm conversion is missing in the source.txt file), which I rectified now.

For assigning weights, is it mandatory to use normalized values or FLUKA can normalize by itself?

Glad to hear that you found the issue.

The normalization of the weights to the total is not necessary in your source.txt file, since the final FLUKA result will be automatically normalized to the total primary weight.
